Melissa Kurstin is a veteran in the Advertising Technology industry for 12 years working to understand clients needs and drive product development to meet those needs. Over the last 10 years, Kurstin has opened and managed two separate offices in the Greater DC area. Currently, she oversees a team of 21 in the hub of U.S. politics.

MacKenzie is the Director of Politics and Advocacy at MiQ where she leads the sales team providing strategic recommendations to clients up and down the ballot. With nearly a decade of experience in politics, data analytics, and advertising across digital and traditional media, she focuses on fueling data-driven strategies for some of the biggest names in politics, advocacy, and nonprofits. MacKenzie resides in Washington, DC with her husband and dog.
